This approach isn’t about rules, diets, or fads. It’s about real tools—learning how to fuel your body, power your brain, and create lasting health from the inside out. Through the new Eat For Energy textbook and workbook, families, students, educators, and athletes will learn how to retrain your taste buds, make smart swaps, and tap into your body’s natural ability to thrive. ​ And we’re just getting started. I’m collaborating with amazing leaders like Dr. Brandon Mines to develop recovery tools, and I’m partnering with farms and schools to expand access to real, energizing foods.
